Step 1: Arrange a valuation
If you are considering moving, your first step is to arrange a valuation on your home. Our local residential sales team can provide you with a realistic up to date valuation, considering current market conditions to help you make the right decision for your next move. Step 2: Organise a Take on/Listing
If you are happy with our valuation and decide that you want us to market your property, the next stage would be to organise a take on.
A free take on will provide you with:
- Professional photography of your property.
- Full written description of your property, including its features and surrounding area.
- State of the art floor plan.
- We can also organise an EPC to be drawn on your behalf.
Step 3: Marketing your property

Step 4: Conducting Viewings
We have a large sales negotiation team who can organise viewings on your behalf for your properties at extremely short notice. In addition, our sales negotiators never go to a property where they have not been prepped and conducted their own research on. Step 5: Sales Progression
Once we have secured an acceptable offer for your property and received the relevant paperwork, the sale will be passed to our in-house progression team, who will be in regular contact with you.
